My Core is Now in Heaven after Attempting Jennifer Aniston’s Ab Workout

While some individuals enjoy catching up on the newest celebrity rumors and scandals, I personally find it more interesting to read about their exercise routines, particularly if it focuses on strengthening the core muscles.

I interviewed Leyon Azubuike, the founder of Gloveworx and an AFAA-certified trainer who works with Jennifer Aniston, to get an ab workout that the actress approves of. This workout is intended to enhance your core strength and stability with rotational ball slams, antirotational bird dog movements, and stability planks, according to Leyon. Within 15 seconds of commencing the first exercise, an arm plank, my abdominals quivered. Then I took a break with bird dog, which is one of my favorite moves, particularly for back discomfort, before progressing to the forceful rotational ball slam. Although the repetitions were basic, I felt the impact in my core after three rounds of the initial circuit. The second circuit was comparable to the first, including comparable motion patterns but varying exercises.
