Jennifer Lopez spent $60.85 million in cash for a stunning Beverly Hills mansion last month and is now shopping to decorate and furnish the 12-bedroom and 24-bathroom property. Without her partner, Ben Affleck, the superstar singer visited the renowned Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles with the hope of finding the perfect items for their new luxurious home. Accompanied by a friend, Lopez appeared focused as she browsed around a furniture store. She preferred a casual look for her shopping trip, sporting faded blue jeans and a white t-shirt with ‘Never too late’ emblazoned across the front, along with brown Timberland boots and designer sunglasses.
To have a closer look at the furniture and decor options inside a designer store, she removed her shades. Ben Affleck’s wife appeared to be wearing minimal makeup and had soft curls in her caramel-colored hair. She was escorted by a female friend and a few bodyguards. The singer of “Jenny From The Block” was occupied with filling the space in her new home that she shares with Ben after they purchased the 46,000 square-foot mansion four weeks ago. The mansion is situated on five-acres and includes a 5,000 square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guard house on the premises. The property has a cinema, wine room, whiskey lounge, sauna and massage room, and a spa with hair and nail salon, among other modern amenities like a gymnasium with courts for basketball, pickleball, and a boxing ring. Although $61 million is a considerable amount to pay for a new house, the famous couple still got an excellent deal as the property was listed for $135 million in 2018 and then relisted for $75 million this year. Later that afternoon on Friday, Lopez endorsed her Delolo spritz cocktail business on her Instagram page, writing, “Who’s ready for the weekend! @delola #DelolaLife,” captioning the video advertisement.
