In a recent interview with Well and Good, the 47-year-old actress reveals her secret to staying in top shape. She starts off her day with a wholesome breakfast, followed by not one, but two workout sessions daily.

According to her, if she has work, she wakes up at 4:30 or 5 am. But if she doesn’t, she prefers to sleep in until 8 or 9 am since she is a night owl. She revealed that her go-to morning beverage is a cup of hot water with lemon.

Before having breakfast with her husband Justin Theroux, actress Jennifer Aniston practices transcendental meditation for 10 to 20 minutes. Her morning shake consists of pure protein, bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable blend of dynamic greens, maca powder, and a dash of cacao.
