Great news for action movie fans! Jason Statham’s upcoming film, The Beekeeper, has finally received its official release date in the UK. Set to hit cinemas on January 12th, 2024, this highly anticipated movie is directed by David Ayer and written by Kurt Wimmer of Expendables fame.
While some fans may be disappointed that Statham isn’t actually a beekeeper in the film, the plot is intriguing nonetheless. The Beekeepers is a secret organization that Statham’s character used to work for, and we know that he is seeking vengeance for something.
In addition to his starring role, Statham is also serving as a producer on the project. Joining him on screen are Jeremy Irons, Emmy Raver-Lampman, and Josh Hutcherson. MGM owns the US rights to the movie, while Studiocanal will be bringing it to audiences in the UK.
